Capacity Building Program - Responsibility, Performance and Innovation

Running and working in a youth organization is like navigating on a boat. We, at BCYF, acknowledge the challenges of young people and the complexity of the work of a youth non-governmental organization in navigating in the Balkan waters.

The Capacity Building Program aims to improve the capacity of the young people being on the boat, how to work as a team for the boat to survive and to get easier and quicker to the destination, among other boats navigating on the same waters.

The program is built on three major objectives:

• Responsibility
• Performance
• Innovations

Responsibility - consists on assuming the good and the challenges of the organization work and of itself, good professional assessment of the environment and needs and have a real contribution to young people lives and society.

Performance – would like to see more youth NGOs where there is a real communication process involving the manager and employee helping to maximize the work of the organization by following certain standards of performance.

Innovation – support good ideas of projects and of internal management, based on continuously good screening of information and environment and based on generating value communication from all level of organization, from targets and stakeholders.

BCYF runs the program as following:
